Advance Synergy Realty Sdn Bhd (ASR) was incorporated in 1980 and its maiden project in Taman Matang Jaya has now evolved into a premier housing township with amenities and facilities such as school, kindergarten, medical clinic, shopping complex, shops, petrol station, mosque and a Sunday Market.

ASR is a reputable developer and a household brand name for reliability in Kuching, Sarawak. Besides Taman Matang Jaya, ASR has developed various medium cost and luxury housing projects over the years namely Taman Gita Jaya, Taman Sri Matang, Muara Tuang Park, Kong Ping, Kong Ping II, Synergy Garden, Matang Jaya II, Matang Jaya III, Kenny Hill Villas and Federal Park (Phase 1) in Kuching.
